The hip-hop community is stepping up to help with donations, clothing, shelters, and supplies as wildfires continue to ravage parts of Southern California.
As wildfires continue to claim lives and property in the Southern California area, firefighters' efforts to battle the massive blaze, which has been raging on for the past four days, Multiple rappers have been lending a helping hand in an attempt to help victims of the tragedy.
At least 10,000, structures have also been destroyed in the ferocious blazes, which have been difficult to stop due to powerful winds and dry conditions. Almost 200,000 people have been evacuated from their homes, and it is already the most destructive fire in Los Angeles history, with damages widely expected to surpass $50 billion.
Snoop Dogg gives out clothes to those who lost everything in wildfire
The Long Beach, California, legend Snoop Dogg is helping those affected by disastrous wildfires, offering clothes from his Snoop Dogg's Clothing store in Inglewood, Calif. The rap icon announced the drive via a flyer on Instagram on Thursday (Jan. 9).
“We are devastated and send our condolences to those who have been affected by these fires,” @SnoopysClothing post reads. “Please stop by and pick up some clothing that we have available to get you and your family through these trying times free of charge. ID/address requested.”

Tyler, The Creator reposted multiple announcements from local L.A.-area businesses that are providing temporary housing for people and animals and free meals for those displaced by the tragedy.
Trae The Truth travels to Los Angeles, California, to personally assist in relief efforts.
The Houston, TX, rapper and philanthropist is at ground zero helping fire victims by passing out supplies, clothes, and meals in conjunction with Nipsey Hussle's Marathon Clothing, Blacc Sam's Marathon Burger, and The Source LA.

The Compton rapper, The Game helps evacuees get supplies
The Game, also on the frontline, had to evacuate his own L.A.-area home. Yet, he is outside helping his displaced neighbors by handing out water, food, and supplies, and even helping clean firetrucks.
“My kids are safe, my mom is safe, I'm just out here with the people," Chuck recently told NBC LA's Lauren Coronado.”
A number of celebrities have lost their homes in the fire, including Paris Hilton, Tina Knowles, and Jhené Aiko, as well as actors James Woods, Eugene Levy, and Cary Elwes.
On Thursday (January 9), Jhené Aiko recently called out people mocking how she lost her home as a result of these fires. “The fact some of you think I have Paris Hilton money is wild,” she expressed on social media. “I don’t got it like that. But I do have a big, loving family that is worth more than anything.” We'll see what Chuck D and others have in store to lend a helping hand.
