The Hip-Hop mogul and Roc Nation founder has been accused of allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs at a VMAs afterparty in New York two decades ago, a bombshell lawsuit claims.
The alleged victim — only identified as “Jane Doe” — leveled the disturbing allegation in a civil lawsuit filed in the Southern District of New York on Sunday, NBC reported.
According to NBC, the lawsuit was originally filed in October against Combs but has now been re-filed to include Jay-Z — whose real name is Shawn Carter.
Jay-Z released a statement Sunday night to The Post denying the allegations calling them “blackmail” and daring the plaintiff’s lawyer to file a criminal case.
“These allegations are so heinous that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one!! Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree?” he said in the statement.
In the initial court papers, the alleged teen victim had claimed she was attacked by Combs and two other unnamed celebrities at the drug-fueled house party in September 2000 after the VMAs show at Radio City Music Hall.
The girl claimed the alleged attack unfolded after she had one drink that left her feeling “woozy and lightheaded,” according to the court papers.
“Looking for a place to rest, Plaintiff entered what she believed to be an empty bedroom so she could lie down for a moment,” the original filing charged.
“Soon after, Combs and a male and female celebrity entered the room.”
“Combs aggressively approached Plaintiff with a crazed look in his eyes, grabbed her, and said, ‘You are ready to party,’” the filing added.
The woman alleged she was then pinned down and raped by Combs and Carter as the unnamed female star watched.
The civil lawsuit is among the wave of allegations leveled against Combs after he was slapped with federal sex trafficking charges in September.
Combs’ lawyers have repeatedly derided the civil litigation — mostly spearheaded by Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee — as “shameless publicity stunts.”
“As his legal team has said before, Mr Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” his legal team had repeatedly told The Post.
“In court, the truth will prevail: That Mr Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
In addition to a criminal case, Puff is dealing with over 30 civil lawsuits mostly filed by people who claim they were drugged and sexually assaulted by Diddy and his associates dating back to the late 1990s.
Diddy's criminal trial date is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
