Condolences from the hip-hop community are deeply saddened by Rich Homie Quan’s death, who passed away at the age of 34.
On Thursday (Sep. 5), news that Rich Homie Quan had died began circulating on Twitter X, formerly known as Twitter. Many fans were in disbelief and holding out hope that the rumors weren't true. Unfortunately, the Atlanta rapper's death was later confirmed by his family as well as a rep for the Fulton County morgue, according to TMZ.
Rich Homie Quan's peers like Jacquees, Boosie Badazz and Playboi Carti started to confirm the news online. TMZ then reported that Quan passed away at his Atlanta home, according to his family and a representative from the Fulton County morgue. His family is reportedly "shattered and heartbroken." No cause of death is available at this time.
Rich Homie Quan had just dropped his last interview with social media influencer, Alanah Story on Wednesday, September 4.
