Drizzy collaborates with NFL for new OVO collection amidst Kendrick Lamar Super Bowl gig
Drake's OVO and the NFL launch a new streetwear collection ahead of Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime performance.
He previously launched several successful OVO collaborations. This latest partnership arrives amidst heightened scrutiny of the NFL’s alignment with Kendrick Lamar.
While Kendrick celebrates his Super Bowl spotlight, Drake’s collaborations continue to thrive, suggesting he’s undeterred by the narrative surrounding their rivalry. Interestingly, rumors have surfaced that Drake has twice declined offers to perform at the Super Bowl halftime show. Whether he will reconsider in the future remains a topic of speculation.
On Tuesday (December 10), the OVO founder shared a post on its Instagram Story revealing an upcoming partnership with the NFL. In the post, which can be seen below, there appear to be two sports jackets. A blue one representing the National Football Conference and a red one for the American Football Conference.
Sports fans can gear up for the OVO x NFL collection with a release date of December 13.
