50Cent says he's working on a documentary about UnitedHealthcare CEO murder suspect Luigi Mangione.
Mangione, the suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, was arrested after a McDonald's employee alerted police.
The Queens New York rapper has seemingly found the subject of his next documentary: Luigi Mangione, the alleged killer of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
“I don’t know, I kinda like this killer,” 50 Cent wrote on Wednesday (Dec. 11), via a now-deleted Instagram post. “I’m sorry this is going [the] way it is… He is special! I apologize in advance for anyone who doesn’t understand.”
50’s post was in response to an excerpt from Mangione’s alleged manifesto that was reportedly found in his possession when he was arrested earlier this week.
“To the Feds, I’ll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country,” the excerpt reads. “To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn’t working with anyone.
“This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience. The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it.”
Additionally, The person who alerted police to the location of Luigi Mangione, the leading suspect in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Mangione was arrested on Monday, Dec. 9 at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania after a McDonald's customer told an employee at the restaurant that they saw someone they believed could be the suspect in the shooting. Both the FBI and the NYPD have strict guidelines when it comes to awarding payments to anyone who reports potential suspects during a manhunt.
